Fulstow News

June 2006

It's nice to see that we have a new artist in the village with the initials L S ; perhaps his or her parents would like to channel this creativeness into painting the chapel or church, rather than the children's slide and the back of the Village Hall!

The children's “Talk of the Town” was wonderful, how nice to see them all enjoying themselves on stage and their friends supporting them, although I think that, Lance Jacklin & Terry Nurrish, Alan Bradbury have some big competition! Thanks to everyone who helped in anyway and Richard keep taking the tablets, as the next one is soon than you think!!!!!

Mr David Webster would like to thank everyone for the warm wishes on his retirement and a big thank you to the children and everyone for the wonderful gifts he received.

Good news: We have a new Head teacher ………Mr Jonathon Grant will be taking over the post in September; he has experience of working with children, parents and community's. I think we can all say that we welcome him to our village school and hope he will enjoy his time with us.

School Sports Day will be held on Tuesday July 18 th (Weather permitting) to raise funds they are having a raffle and tombola. Anyone who could give a raffle prize or something for the tombola please do grab a child and these will be passed onto school.
